Confirmation of registration and payment

Upon completing the registration form, a Confirmation of Registration will be sent promptly to the e-mail address provided on the registration form. The Registration Confirmation is automatically generated, containing a recapitulation of all completed details. It is also proof of successful completion of the registration. If you do not receive the Confirmation within one hour of submitting the completed form, the registration has not been correctly completed, or the e-mail address provided is incorrect.

If any problems arise during the registration process and to verify registration completion, please contact the course secretariat at emhg@alci.cz.

A payment confirmation is issued and sent to the registration e-mail within fourteen days after payment, i.e. after crediting the total amount to account.

Ordered services can be paid by bank transfer or online by credit card.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to emhg@alci.cz.

Free cancellation of registration is possible no later than 35 days before the course date, 10% of the fee will be retained by ALCI for administrative costs. If the registration is cancelled in writing 34–28 days before the meetings, the organiser will refund 50% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations 27 days or less before the first day of the course cannot be refunded.

In justified cases, transferring the registration to another participant is possible. The administrative fee for transferring the registration is 50 EURO.
